would i make some recommendation?
I might not be so knowledgeable as to guide or advise but, from my humble experience, I can recommend what has indeed worked for me.
Are you going through a bitter moment? Do you feel that your life is not going as you wish? Do you want to be happy? Don’t let your mind suffer with worry, don’t empower those aspects that don’t deserve it; sometimes the “problem” doesn’t even have a solution and by becoming obsessed with it the only thing we do is magnify it. Look around and you will discover many reasons to consider yourself a happy human being.
Actually, I’m sure you already are; it’s a question of becoming conscious of it.
